How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously:

• Access to your information is restricted to you and the business owner (Karen Lugo)
• Passwords are securely hashed — we cannot see your password
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor
• Our client portal uses row-level security to ensure you can only access your own data

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Stripe — for payment processing (name, email, invoice details)
• Resend — for sending service-related emails (email address only)
• When required by law or to protect the safety of your pets

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you have an active account with us. If you request account deletion, all your personal data, pet information, and service history will be permanently removed.
